The farmhouses are completely surrounded by over 8 hectares of vineyards owned by us, all belonging to the DOC Colli del Trasimeno and including the Sangiovese (clone grosso), Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties for the production of our reds, Gamay del Trasimeno. for the rosé and Chardonnay, Grechetto and Trebbiano from Tuscany for the white.

Sanubria Barricato comes from a selection of Sangiovese grapes from the best sun exposure, careful use of wood make it a fine wine able to express its noble character particularly suitable for combination with grilled meats, game and cheeses on average seasoned.
